Hi, I'm Madison, based in Cheshire UK.
Taught in India, 15 years of practice, 6 years teaching worldwide.
Yoga truly is for everyone willing.

- With Madison, an experienced instructor, you can enjoy trying new practice such as dharma wheel workshops and acro yoga balance as well as more traditional practice such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga.

Yin, Restore and Nidra
Monthly Yin and Nidra Relaxation Evenings at Bollington and Mow Cop
Cosy Deep relaxing yin yoga class to melt away into the evening. Yin yoga is a series of Very passive yet intense stretches and very meditative.
Followed by Restorative yoga using props such as straps, blocks, bolsters and blankets to help find ultimate comfort and ease aches out of the body, finding relaxation.
Ending with the best part- Yoga Nidra, which is a very deep meditation (in a dream like state but not asleep) that if you can stay with the meditation equates to around 5 hours sleep and you’ll come out feeling very fresh and happy, it just takes some practice.
Complete with heated lavender pillows, candles and essential oils.
Dharma Yoga Wheel Classes
Monthly Events for all levels.
Join me on beautiful thursday evenings for my favourite workshop using the Yoga Wheel prop to open our hearts, release tightness and find balance.
Developing asanas into a wheel flow, a deep heart opening practice, trying various asanas with the Dharma Yoga Wheel to find balance, release from the spine, clear the mind, stretch the hips hamstrings and quads, challenge our core, open the shoulders and inspire our practice.
We hold so much stress and tension in our spines, shoulders and hips. Together we will let go of negativity and pain to relieve our bodies, find balance and surrender into the breath.
Its super fun ! My favourite prop. Come and try something knew and have fun with your prop practice. You will suprise yourself trust me.
Suitable for all levels. Message me on booking if you need to reserve a wheel as I only have a couple to lend. If you do not have your own yoga wheel they are on amazon for around £15.

Been practising with Maddie for a few weeks now and she is an amazing yoga teacher! Classes are fun and we learn something new every week! I feel like I have made lots of progress in very short period of time and I am surprised the poses I can get in now that I couldn't just a few weeks ago! :-) everyone is really friendly and Maddie's warm and relaxed approach makes these classes really enjoyable. :-)
If you like yoga / always fancied a go / shudder at the very thought(!) / want some mindfulness / meditation / relaxation, trust me, you should definitely go to Madison. I never liked yoga until I tried one of Madison’s classes and was converted (so much so that I decided to go on her day retreat - just WOW! (You should definitely go, trust me)). All in all, she’s just simply brilliant.
I went to Madison's yoga retreat day in October. It was wonderful- she put so much energy into the day & made everyone feel so welcome. She's a great teacher; really knows what she's doing. Her classes are inspirational.
I had practiced yoga a few years ago and haven't been able to find a class until Madisonyoga was suggested via facebook. Madison is a wonderful teacher and I am so happy to be practicing again along with my daughters.
